1. Let's meet.
I like to keep it simple.
First we should talk… let’s arrange a videocall so I can answer any questions you have and introduce myself to you and how I can help.
We can discuss packages, I’ll give my thoughts on the nest coverage I feel you’d benefit from, sometimes you don’t need me there as long as you think (but I’m happy to be there as long as you want).
2. Take your time to make up your mind
After our call I’ll send over a confirmation quote based on what we’ve discussed and leave you to make up your mind in your own time. If you’re not sure of the exact package you’d like to go for but would like to secure me for the day that’s no problem, you can just pay your deposit to secure your booking and decide on the exact package you’d like to go for much closer to the time.
3. Officially in the diary
Once you decide to go ahead I’ll send you an online agreement detailing all we’ve discussed. This agreement is ‘signed’ digitally by both of us so we always know what we’ve agreed on throughout the process. I will also send an invoice for your deposit to secure your booking. These are payable by card or BACS.
Once your deposit is paid you’re in the diary and we’re all set.

4. Finalising your package
Roughly two weeks before your wedding day I’ll ask you to finalise your package (if you haven't already) and settle the remaining balance a week before your wedding date.
5. The big day
On the day I’m at your complete beck and call, I’ll be busy doing my thing but always there to take any impromptu pics you wanted, to advise on all matters, not just photography. I'll have the formal group list in my pocket so you don't have to worry about that either, and I'll be keeping an eye on the time so you just enjoy yourself
6. Your photos delivered in just two weeks
After your wedding day I will be emailing you within 48 hours with a link to a private gallery. This will have a small selection of 20 or so photos, something for you to enjoy while I prepare all your wedding photos.
I process them myself and deliver them within two weeks to your private gallery. They are yours to keep, download, print and share.
